Good book. I bought this book because I am taking a course in Medical Administrative and this book was required for that course. Very well laid out and good topics to help in the Administrative side of business. Also, GREAT value on the price. My college bookstore wanted twice the amount you were selling it for, so I was able to save some financial aid money for other courses.
