Honestly this was better than I hoped.- Makes the ball firmer (which I need). I guess you could say it lets you pick the exact firmness you want.- Much more comfortable on my butt and hind legs. Yoga balls tend to stretch as you sit on them and therefore stretch your skin which get uncomfortable after a long day. The stops that.- Obviously it looks better and feels better on bare skin than a bare yoga ball.Honestly I didn't expect such a big difference using a cover. But now I'd say using a cover is the only way anyone should sit on a yoga ball.And it arrived faster than the estimate. Maybe two weeks?
