We received 2 of these chairs and one had a tear in the mesh. I reached out to customer service and they offered a replacement at no charge. Other than that, the chairs are very comfortable and not bulky at all. I love them and hope they last! Also, I had an issue with previous chairs that left rust stains on our pool deck. I will update my post if this happens with these chairs.Chairs are really nice, but the assembly was really difficult.Chairs were pretty straightforward to put together even though directions weren't super helpful. They are low to the ground and there isn't an actual armrest per se. It's comfortable if you're short, otherwise your whole arm probably won't reach all the way down to rest on the sides. Adjustable pillow is nice and blue color is vibrant.Assembly was time consuming, but chairs are great. Look so sleek and comfortable. Great buy.It took some time to put these chairs together and directions weren't correct but now enjoying the chairs.
