Assembling the chair is fairly straight forward, the screw holes are in such a way that you won't misalign anything, but it is pretty heavy for a chair. My friends think it's the most comfortable chair in the house, I've been using it for quite a while now so I've gotten used to the quirks of this chair, but the one thing I cannot stand is the casters. The caster move smoothly across carpet and hard floors, but that's if they'll move, mine in particular lock up in the most frustrating ways, refusing to move without great force in a particular direction, resisting me enough that I can grab my desk, which is heavy enough on it's own, weighed down by all my tech, AND STILL MOVE THE DESK BEFORE I MOVE THE CHAIR. Granted you can get this chair and just use your preferred set of 5 casters instead, but these ones literally lock up so hard that they've actually created divots in my hard wood floors, no, I'm not overloading the chair with weight either, I weigh 120lbs.This chair is fantastic! First, it was super easy to put together. The directions are clear and everything is packaged together and/or labeled and you don't need anything else to assemble. The only part I had a little trouble with was getting the armrests on at the end - trying to see under where the dang holes were lol. I would say it took me 45 mins tops from opening the box to having cleaned up all the wrapping stuff and able to sit in the chair at my desk. A few parts didn't work in certain spots so just try them in a different similar spot and then they worked fine. I saw someone else comment about the wheels - sometimes they just popped right in, sometimes not, tried a different hole and it was fine. They are technically the same but if you're struggling, just try it in a different 'same' spot and chances are it will work. It is somewhat heavy but I was able to do it all myself. I did prop it up on an ottoman when assembling parts of the seat before it was on the base of the chair.This chair is so comfortable - I literally can't believe how comfortable it is. I was skeptical about the mesh-only seat - SUPER comfortable! The lumbar support makes it easy to sit up straight. The chair is super solid. The blade wheels are so smooth. I haven't even had it for a week so I will update later if there are any changes. I have the navy blue which you can see in the pictures is very dark (which I like). I haven't spent much time leaning in it either so if there's a change to my rating based on that, I will post that as well. Some have complained about the seat bed being "short" - I thought so at first too. To sit comfortably you need to sit all the way back in the seat and it's perfect. I asked a question that never really got answered. As you can see it fits fine underneath my desk. I am 5'8" though and have it on the lowest possible setting to sit comfortably. So I'm wondering for those who are different heights can really adjust this to where they would want it to be to have their legs sitting perpendicular and your feet able to touch the floor.I work from home and so sit many hours in front of the computer at my desk. This chair finally has made a difference (and I have been through MANY desk chairs over the years). I read countless reviews before picking this chair on amazon and on the internet in general. So glad I chose this ergonomic chair. My back and shoulders DO NOT ACHE after hours (with short breaks throughout) of sitting in it. It was 100% worth the splurge. I live in Las Vegas and so I was only interested in a mesh chair - found out the hard way how much heat other types of chairs generate here particularly in the long hot summer. Personally I don't think you will regret the purchase if you get this chair!I really wanted a Herman Miller chair, but couldn't afford one. I looked for the next best option and am so glad that I did my research and bought this chair. I work at my desk for 8-12 hours per day and am very happy with the quality compared to a Herman Miller, at a fraction of the cost. If you're looking for an office chair on Amazon, this is one of the best that you will find. Highly recommend.This is a very nice chair. There was no instruction on how to put it together and I was not about to go online and sign up for another email distribution just to get instruction. After 10 min of contemplation i decided to just go for it, since i have put together so much furniture i figured how hard could this be.Thirty minutes later I was done and enjoying the chair. It is a very nice and conferrable chair! I have a really bad and I am looking forward to using that chair.I've been spending more & more time working on my computer or tied into Zoom since COVID-19 started, and using an old chair that wasn't in sync with my body started taking a toll on my body in so many ways. After using the Ergo Pro for two weeks I no longer have kinks in my shoulders and neck or pinched nerves in my elbows. The adjustable seat height plus that smooth waterfall curve at the front stopped cutting off circulation to my legs.It's hot where I live so the breathable mesh is much better than leather for me. I'm 5'9" and about 132lbs. and I know my weight won't take a toll on a chair with such a sturdy steel base! The only problem I had with assembly was needing help to lift the heavy seat onto the base.Been using this product for about 2 months now, and in general very happy with it.Was very easy to assemble and i disn by myself in a few minutes.It is sturdy but not crazy heavy to kove around.Seating is very comfortable and like the headrest.Only issue after this period of using it daily is the wheels starting to make slight noise and starting to not move around as smootly- little concerned that it has only been two months but lets seeReview after using the chair for a bit over 3 months:I use it as my office chair, spending around 40h per week. It has been quite comfortable, I've loved the multiple adjustments that can be made to fit different sitting patterns. The only minor downside is the fabric/material which is not as soft as I'd want it to be, it is more like a plastic/well-knit fishing net.I'm very disappointed with this purchase, big waste of money. I don't know why there's so many positive reviews. The seat is not long enough and doesn't go way down to your knees, and the mesh is too soft, this results in the edge of the seat cutting your circulation in the middle of your thighs, which is very painful after an hour. I only weigh 160 lbs. The lumbar cushion is good but it doesn't compensate the fact that the seat is horrible. I won't return it because it will take me a day to put it in pieces and find a way to fix it in the box, but I won't use it that's for sure. I'm back to my old chair.Was satisfied at the start, left it unused for a while for I had another $1100 chair at my home, but as I moved out, I started to use it regularly.It has many issues and there are many cheaper chairs on Amazon that use the same model (exactly the same model).The wheels are not on the same height after installation, not sure if it’s just this chair or it’s general. There was always one wheel in the air when I put the chair on the ground.My thighs cramp after sitting for a while as the net is loose and the framework could stop blood flowing. My clothes could easily get into the gap between two parts of the back. I once jumped onto it with no so large force, and my ass hit the steel under the sitting net badly. I also got my arm hurt when accidentally scratched by the net for it is very coarse and rough.I regret this purchase, but there is no option for me to return now on Amazon.Try to buy chairs from your local stores where you could experience yourself, instead of reading reviews online, including this one.Chair arrived in a beat up box. Thankfully, no parts were missing or damaged. Assembly was simple and took about 20 minutes using instructions provided in the box. I'm 5'10" 175lbs and the chair feels fine. Not quite an Aeron but for the price it'll do. Overall the chair is OK, the lumbar support is a little too squishy and the mesh on the seat is not tight enough. It's brand new and I find myself sinking into the mesh more than I'd like to. It's still better than the hard plastic costco chair i was sitting in so I can't really complain too much.First of all, this chair is super easy to put together. Was put together within 30 mins or less once unpacked. It is super comfortable and easy to adjust. Over all, i am very happy with my purchase.
