I liked it so much my husband had to have one too.The only thing I would change is to add an inch to the length.Eversince this pandemic lockdown, I've been working from home office. My office chair is nice and comfortable, but gets a little warm on long sessions. I figured that having a silicon or gel cushion seat will be more comfortable, and this product is perfect for my needs.The packaged arrived in an unnecessarily big box. Upon unboxing, I can say that this product is of good quality. The silicon/gel feels very cool and soft, yet it is very heavy for a pillow. I like that the material of the cover has some small goose bumps underneath so that it won't slide from your current chair. On my first try, I was already in love with this cushion. It feels very comfortable and reduces pressure points from your behind. I got this product for the main purpose of cooling my seat, and I've used this for 8 hours today because of back to back video conference on an 85 degrees weather, and my behind was still cool and comfortable. The gaps/voids in this cushion makes your skin breathe.So far, I am very satisfied with this product. If there is one gripe I have, is that I wish that this was 1 inch bigger in all its dimensions because I have a big office chair. But for majority, this product may be just right for your chairs. If you are looking for a more comfortable and cooler seat, this product is for you.I have not used on any long trips yet, but I find it comfortable and I like the fit in the car seat. I hope it will also make long trips more comfortable.While this is on the expensive side, it is worth the money.I bought this to use on a rather hard boat seat, and wanted something that could withstand water, and provide some shock protection. I like this so much I have it on my office chair as I write this review.It's a pretty clever design. It doesn't get overly hot, and unlike memory foam that seems to compress the hotter it gets, this maintains its thickness.It's not so overly thick that it can cut circulation off at your hamstrings, because it raises you too much off your seat and your legs hang. Another issue when cushions get too thick and your chair has lumbar support is the lumbar support changes position on your back. This is not so thick that it causes this issue.My only complaint is the zipper on the seat cushion is on the weak side, and I get the impression it will not last very long. No idea how long the seat cover material will last or if the gel breaks down over time.I'm writing my review after just a few days, so will update later if the thing breaks down. Overall I'm really impressed. This one is a keeper.Makes everywhere you sit significantly more comfortable. Okay, all of us are over 60, so we are not opposed to a little “creature comfor”. One household member with mobility issues, and sciatica and lumbar issues uses it everywhere. We have one that just stays in the car and a third the caregiver uses for long days at medical facilities in the world’s most uncomfotable chairs. They’re used every day on the patio charis, sofa, recliner, dining room chairs, restaurants and wheelchairs. One side of cover is non slip so cushion doesnt “drift” Accidentally left one in a wheelchair at the hospital and folks at lost and found said they were kind of hoping nobody would come looking for it. Easy to wash zippered cover subsequently Wrapped some neon green on the handle and a bit on the front edge so we no longer forget it when its on a black surface.It is comfortable. As having multiple back surgery and it is comfortable for sitting on on our hard wooden chair. The thickness of the pad is ok. Would like to have seen a little more softness.No complaints about this cushion. I've been using it about a week now and it fit my needs. My chair was seeming just a bit too hard. A bit of tailbone pressure and my tush felt pinched and would go numb and I kept shifting in my seat trying to get comfortable. I tried other cushions but most were too thick, raised me 3" out of my chair and practically left my feet dangling. This doesn't make me sit too high, it's not hard, and in fact I don't feel it at all. I AM more comfortable in favorite chair though, so mission accomplished.At a time when having to transition to working at home this was a timely purchase.
