This is actually the second one I have purchased. The first is still working as well as the day I started using it years ago. It maintains it's shape and hasn't given in to the usual constant pressure points. It provides the extra comfort needed even after hours of being in one position. I use the largest size in my medical lift chair and the smaller one on the arm rest side I mostly use. Never holds heat and truly conforms to give you the comfort you need. Durable and dependable!
