I kayak. A lot. After an injury (not kayak related) my hips would complain on long paddle trips. I added this pad on top of the thin pad on my Eddyline and have been pain free since. Also comes in handy when kayak camping. I can comfortably sit anywhere.This pad is great for a lightweight child to sit on, for instance. I bought it for under my feet, and it works great folded over. It's not thick and plush or very larger, so read the dimensions.Purchased for a road trip through Arizona and New Mexico. Offered just enough support., Cushion is supportive without being too hard. Size works well with my office chairWell made, stands up to use. I regularly use this cushion at home, in my car and even in my kayak. The honeycomb design is easy to spray off, dries fast and may be the reason it stays cool compared to other gel cushionsI replaced my sponge support for this one..Absolutely no regrets..I have bursitis and I work from home sitting all day except when I get up for breaks...had 3 laminectomies a year ago...this relieves the bursitis..more comfortable than previous support... I only wish it was a little thicker...Haven’t had a chance to try it yet.Got it for long flights.As men grow older they lose the padding in their butts, old age sucks! ….dakI tried it and the next Day my back pain was unbearable.
