An arm of the one chair was damaged in shipment, but the company was very responsive in sending us a new arm. It all went together very easily and is very comfortable and sturdy.Nice addition to my newly remodeled deck. Pretty and comfortable. I wish it was heavier.Our set arrived in 2 boxes & took 3 to 4 hours to assemble. The cushions were in the second box & they are very comfortable on the chairs & love set. I thought they were going to be navy blue but the color is called peacock blue & it's the hardest color to try to find pillows & especially seat pads to match or coordinate with. Wish they sold matching chair pads.The set is very sturdy & nice to sit & rock in.Very happy with this purchase!I actually bought this for the glider. I love C-chairs and so felt this was a win-win. But the C-chairs are not that comfortable. They are a bit stiff and the cushions are too flat. We will have to get new cushions that make the chairs more comfortable.Well made compared to big box stores. Most comfortable cushions also. I would purchase again.I have had my set now over a month and I have been waiting that long to get the one missing part. I have sent pics in the past and explanation with no results. I have my glider and 1 chair 1 table put together and would really like to get my last chair together. Please help.We only received one out of the 4 pieces. Hoping the seller contacts me about the missing chairs and table.
