I purchased this chair to replace a Herman Miller Mirra chair that I had for many years. Putting it together was pretty straight forward and as soon as I sat in it I found it to be very comfortable. I don't use the supplied lumbar support cushion or head cushion, I found both to be uncomfortable, and quite frankly the way they strap on seems cheap, especially considering the cost of the chair. I've been using it for about 3 months and have generally been quite happy. My only issue is that when I'm in it for a long time (which is almost every day due to work) my back gets hot and often breaks not a sweat, something that never happened with my old chair.But just now as I sat down on it, the base snapped in two as you can see in the photo, sending me flying forward smacking my head against my desk. Not ideal and a first for me. And in case you're wondering, the chair is rated for more than 100 lbs more than I weigh, so it's not that I was too fat for the chair. I hope I just happen to get a lemon and this isn't an issue with these chairs. But there you have it, my personal experience after 3 months of ownership.I contacted the seller and await their response regarding a replacement under warranty. Hopefully that process goes quickly and smoothly.I’ve had this chair for almost a year now. It does keep you cool, the venting of the chair works well. At first the chair was very solid, and comfortable. I game a lot and work a lot from home so I spend more hours in this chair than most my furniture. These days the seat isn’t comfortable anymore. It wobbles and creaks and squeaks these days. So much to the point the sounds of the chair make my mic peak even with noise suppression software. The lumbar support cushion is basically flattened out now. If I sit with my legs like a pretzel, the side support frame cuts off my circulation because the frame sticks out further inward than the cushion. The arms wobble a lot even though the bolts are tight which tells me the mounting bolts threads internally have warn down. Aesthetically is a good looking chair, but if you’re going to spend a massive amount of time in it then you might want to spend some more on another chair. If you spend little time actually using this then it should be fine. But again, it’s been less than a year and I’m ready for an upgrade.I needed both a red and white gaming chairs for gifts this year. I did a lot of research, searched hundreds of gaming chair reviews, visited stores and was able to sit in some other brands of gaming chairs, I watched many video reviews as well as I was looking for the perfect gaming chair with-in my tight budget.I decided on the Cooler Master. I'm a huge fan of the Cooler Master brand when it comes to gaming so based on the online pictures, reviews and the actual design of this chair I purchased both a red and white one for my teen kids.When the boxes arrived I noticed the cardboard box material is sadly what has become the norm with import goods.The box did protect the chairs from damage but its thin, import cardboard.The Chairs were easy for the most part to put together but like what has now become the "norm" the China machine fitting of the screws were not the best. I did not strip a screw but took some times as it felt like I was about to strip the screw.I was able to inspect some other brands of gaming chairs and these Cooler Master chairs do look to be of better quality, the material has a nice, pro soft feel. When I turn the chair over the underside looks better than the other brands as looks to be reinforced better so perhaps it will last longer than most? Time will tell.After assembly the chairs do look fantastic and my 13 and 17 year old LOVE THE CHAIRS. I personally don't like the feel of any "gaming chair" as the seat turning up on the sides just wont work for me but your gamer is most likely would not like my style of professional office chair. With that in mind, its not comfortable to me but the kids say it is PERFECT so good enough for me. I am a big guy and would not think a big adult would be happy but my teen sure is but I require 6x 8 times this price pro office chair for my many hours of work so apples to oranges.The arm design was also a deciding factor. Some other brands arms attach to the back of chair and some reviews suggest this may be an issue and become loose.For the price paid the chair looks fantastic, not cheap looking at all, some others at the big box places looked cheap.I'm thinking to get a better gaming chair, it would perhaps require investing 2x this price?Time will tell if these hold up. I will report back if I have any issues. As of now, I would buy this chair again.Okay, so I initially got the chair because I needed something comfortable ASAP due to COVID-19 and working remote.Multiple parts of the chair were broken, including one of the hinges that holds the back-rest up. I managed to still piece the chair together, but the left side is just slightly offset that it erks me.The arm-rests are pretty far apart and feel loose as well, despite screwing them in, etc - The top parts especially.The holes on the sides of the chairs were just barely aligned, which resulted in 2 hours of trying to accurately line the chair up with the hinges... Talk about quality control...Overall, it's way better than the kitchen chair I sat in, but was it really worth the $300 CAD? Not so much - I probably could have gotten some knock-off "GaMiNg" chair and it would feel the same if not better.chair was easy to put together, there is no gross plastic or factory smell, the purple is a bit pink, but i like it.i'm happy, looks and feels great!Très bonne chaise!
