I really wanted to like this chair, but when it came in it had 2 holes in the arm cushion caused by them nesting together when they were shipped. This could’ve been avoided if the manufacture would wrap them separately. I decided to give it another try and called Amazon they shipped me out another chair for free and told me to just keep the original one. The second chair came in with the same two holes and a rip in the seat. I called Amazon back and all they could offer is to have me ship it back for free or I could keep it and get a 70% discount, which I decided to keep instead of going through the hassle of re-packing it. As for the chair it is a bit stiff, but my previous chair was a Herman Miller so there’s really no comparison.had to send the 1st chair back/ it arrived FILTHY DIRTY. CLEARLY NOT new as described. Sent it back to receive another that had green “ink” all over the thread- took me an hour and multiple magic erasers to get it clean. Crap product! Don’t waste your money OR your time.
