I really love the ease of putting this chair together. They even included additional parts for missing items.Although this chair is comfortable and suits my needs, the picture on their Amazon page looks a little nicer than the actual chair that I received. I'm ok with that but I'm not ok with the quality of the assembly instructions. There are 3 different bolt lengths in the assembly package but no indication of which bolts go where. I ended up putting in bolts where they didn't belong and having to remove them and trying another length. Not a major issue but it is frustrating. A little more detail in the instructions would have avoided this.I work from home, needed an adjustable chair. This chair was easy to put together and fits my needs.I initially liked this chair because of the high back support and the armrests, but after just a couple of weeks it became very clear how thin the seat cushion is. If sitting in the chair for more than an hour, I can feel the hard baseplate of the seat through the cushion and the lack of support begins to make my back hurt. I guess you get what you pay for, considering the other high-back ergonomic chairs are usually at least double the price.Just putting this chair together and not all holes were drilled in the bottom of the seat in order to attach the arm rests. Labeled diagram of parts do not match the letters in the instructions so you don't know for sure which screws go where.Easy to put together and slides all the way under computer deskEasy to put together and very comfortableI love my chair!!
