Easy to assemble, looks good. Very functional. Definitely a great value for the price.I was hopeful when I came across this chair because my old chair had seen better days. It was cheap, which was appealing because I wasn't too concerned and thought it would be good enough. It was not. This is the worst office chair I have ever owned, and it isn't even close.Within ONE week, the chair began squeaking and creaking loudly and obnoxiously. Having to apply WD-40 to your office chair every couple of weeks so you don't wake your neighbors gets old pretty quick. Even now as I type this, I can hear the chair creaking as I'm barely leaning back in this god-awful thing. It's also constantly wobbling and off-center. I've checked and made sure everything was connected properly... It was, this is just how the chair is. They made it like this, and their Quality Control person was probably just like "yeah I'm sure this is fine, whatever." Plus, one of the armrests began cracking after just a couple months of general use. Those gripes are nothing compared to the real issue: this chair is incredibly uncomfortable. The moment I sat down in it for the first time, I knew a mistake had been made. I regret not returning it when I had the chance. There is ZERO cushion in the seat. After only 2-3 weeks of using the chair, I began to develop pain in my tailbone from the lack of support, or any semblance of comfort. I ended up having to buy a seat cushion to make it bearable, and even then it still took months for my tailbone to fully heal. If you buy a new chair, and then immediately have to buy a separate cushion for it to avoid actual pain, that's a bad sign. Don't make my mistake.I've seen some reviews here of people who bought this as a gift for a relative or loved one, who told them that they "love it." I promise you, they were just being nice. They have probably already gone out and bought a new one that isn't terrible, and just haven't told you because they didn't want to hurt your feelings. This chair is awful. You will literally be better off with a lawn chair. I'm not joking.I know the price tag is appealing, but you honestly might as well pass this by because you'll just be spending more when you realize you need to replace it in a few months anyway.I work as a police dispatcher and sit for a minimum of 8 hrs a day, most days more. I needed a decent chair that won’t break after long periods of use and chose this for the weight limit and because it stated it was great for long periods of use. This is not true. I weigh maybe 150 but the weight limit says 300, already after literally 24 hours of use the base is tipping from side to side when stationary because the materials are so cheap. This chair is probably good for someone who dosent use it a lot, comfort is adequate but I added my own lumbar pillow. After literally 3 shifts of work use this chair needs to be replaced. I won’t give it less than 3 stars only because of ease of assembly and aesthetic, but durability is a zero. As Dave Matthews says, “you pay for what you get”.So I open the box. Excellently packaged. Every thing is clearly marked and in the back support is a photo instruction how to put it together. I was super surprised to find a pair white stretchable gloves to put it together. Excited to put it together. Every step was duper easy and simple. My only complaint was that the screws were not deep enough to hold the allan wrench securely. No big deal, used two hands to hold and rotate. Started @ 12:30 PM and at 2:OO PM I had a WTH moment with the final step of installing the back rest. The allan screws definitely should have been deeper, the thing that super frustrated me was that the securing nuts in the backrest was not easy to insert the screws and screw on the four screws to secure them. The nuts s/b securely exposed and you probably need an extra hand to figure out how to put the backrest much easier. BTW the chair is comfortable and easy on the eyes.IReally good chair. some of the preset fabric holes needed to be trimmed but other than that simple and easy.Chair is sturdy, and well built. The back is supportive and relatively comfortable. The issue that i have with the seat is that the bottom cushion is a bit thin. This is a chair that you may not want to use all day for working. It is perfect for short duration like paying the bills or watching a show or movie but eight hours will remind you that you should have paid a bit more for a better one.Comfortable desk chair, dozed off a couple of times thanks to the rocking feature and headrest. My husband put this chair together and I don't believe it took him over 20 mins. My main complaint for this chair is the squeaking! It doesn't squeak much while rocking or swiveling, just when sitting and sliding across the floor. The chair is comfortable and seems well made. Use 2 people to assemble it. The seat back would be tough to line up by yourself.
