The Memory Seat Cushion arrived in a secure box. I ordered the black x-large cushion, and it arrived as ordered. The cushion was rolled into its own protective sleeve and could be placed back into the covering for travel. When I took the cushion out, it immediately filled out. It comes with a secure seat strap that easily attached to my ergonomic office chair. The strap is elastic and easily conforms to your chair without damage to your furniture. I was sceptable that it would provide ample cushioning. After attaching it to my chair, I started working on my computer. When I finished, I noticed that my back did not feel stressed. I was relaxed and so was my entire back and neck.I also tried the cushion in my Jeep. It didn't fit well in my vehicle, because I am short and have to have my seat pushed forward. However, it worked very well as a passenger and was quite comfortable. I appreciated the height it gave me as a passenger and made me sit high enough that my neck wasn't cramped against the seat.I would recommend this cushion if you must sit at a desk and do computer work or endless paper work for hours. The cushion returns quickly to its original form when you are finished.
