I have been looking for these chairs since last year, however the Grey Cyan w/ ring was out of stock. As soon as I saw they were in stock, I placed my order and got 2 sets (4 chairs). Upon opening the box, the chair were absolutely GORGEOUS and of course I was excited to set them up. In the process of setting them up, I noticed some issues. Some of the black fabric ripped most likely during shipping and the legs were sticking out. Although the legs were wrapped nicely, some had scratches and one of the leg cut outs were too big. I also ran into an issue with installing one of the front legs as a screw was blocking it from going in all the way. Honestly I was disappointed because I waited for these chairs so long and now this. I checked Amazon for inventory and it was low and given I wanted these chair so much I ordered two other sets and emailed the seller. Krystal responded very quickly and was empathetic to my situation. We were in constant communication and was able to come up with a resolution. Krystal canceled my second order and sent me replacement chairs. I received my replacement chairs not long after and now I happy and satisfied with my product. These chairs are easy to assemble and and very comfortable. I also sprayed scotchgard on my chairs as I have a little one to protect them. So far I’ve had two dinners at my home and received many compliments on my chairs. Coming from a customer service background, Krystal provided me with excellent customer service and I will continue to give my business to this company which is why I rated these 5 starts. Thanks again for everything Krystal, my dining room is now complete.
