The chair is comfortable and I like the extendable leg support; it's the sole reason I bought this chair.The good: The leg support is in the center unlike most other chairs which means it doesn't catch your leg when you're getting into the seat or out of the seat with the leg support extended. It also seems to be very sturdy and does not wobble.What could be improved: The arm rest does not follow the seat back. When the seat is fully reclined, the arm rest is now too much forward to be useful. It would be nice if it follows you when you recline. Also when the seat is reclined, the seat is tilted which is nice but it does not dip on the rear (ie, when it tilts, the front goes up). What this means is if you have your feet planted on the floor and then you reclined, your feet is now resting on your thigh and not on the floor anymore.The catch: This may not be a bad thing for you but the seat cushion is a bit too long for me. Maybe for a taller person it may be nice but for me (5'10"), I can't sit as back as I would want it to be. That being said, the seat lowest position also seems to be a bit too high for me.Overall, it's a nice chair, just make sure you check the dimensions before purchasing.Update after 3 months of daily use: The headrest now no longer stays in place and always rolls down while in use. So I'm now removing the headrest as it would just sit on my shoulders all the time. Deducting one star because of this reliability issue.I think I ordered this right before everything got super crazy, I received pretty quickly. I had been sitting on a perfectly fine but hard ladder back antique chair and it was making me very grouchy! This new chair was fairly easy to put together, important to tighten the screws as much as possible and don't leave out any of the washers. Instructions were hard to read tiny print and minimal, mostly images, but clear. The chair is good to great. I like that I can lean back and not fall over! Hah. I haven't figured out how to adjust the height, not sure if that's possible, have to review. Not sure what all the adjustments are yet, the arms are easy to adjust. All in all, it's a budget range chair but probably as comfortable as the high end I used to use at work. I never think about the chair when I'm sitting in it which is a good sign!Head rest will not stay up. It just falls all the way down and sits on my shoulder blades. Arm rests move up and down but not in/out/forward/backward. Chair can recline but arm rests become hand rests (because they aren't adjustable). Overall this is a cheap chair and it is not ergonomic.Had been looking for an office chair for a while since working from home. This was the best decision ever. The chair of really great quality and is the most comfortable thing I ever sat in. Not only is the cushion spacious, it is super thick and comfy. The versatility of this chair and the comfiness is unmatched. I love putting my feet up when I work. Im 5’4 and this footrest goes out far enough to not need an additional stool! Everything is adjustable. Took me a minute to figure out how to attach the headrest as the instructions are very vague. But other than that, a piece of cake! Happy with my purchase and know this chair will last plenty of years.I don't have a bad thing to say about the chair other than the directions were a bit small. One could have put it together without them. There are a few youtube videos on the chair. For 130 bucks it is way better than I expected. Very comfy full out leg rest. Very ergonomic. Looks like it should last many years. Replacing a leather chair I had from costco that costs just as much but was falling apart despite many patches to the arm rests. This one won't have that problem. Really like the breathable back and lumbar support.The screws that attach the back section to the seat won't screw in properly = will not go in all the way = stuck about 1/2 way in. Their install video at 31-38 sec. shows them going in very easy. During that part of the video they show 2 people assembling, I think 2 people would help during that part of the assembly. In the instructions all the screws are labeled a capital i. The manufacturer could have done better in that area. As you assemble you will figure out what screws are needed by the quantity required for the part. The descriptions of the screws to me are terrible. Parts of the instruction are to small. I did notice the seat(1 STAR) looked very good. Nice firm foam and not soft. If your 175 lbs. or under the seat should be very comfortable. 2nd STAR for the back section molding and the bottom of the seat molding was very hard plastic. Very durable! This office chair review had many many comments about being so easy to assemble which could be true. I wouldn't recommend to a friend because it was a waste of my time trying to assemble it which was way more than 20 minutes. Tomorrow more wasted time to pack and time to take to UPS. Thank you AMAZON for the refund and taking care of your customers.I expected to get the foot rest with this product but it didn't come in the box, and I would have liked to have it; other than that the chair is comfortable and ergonomic as expected.The chair is really comfortable. I thought the foot rest was cheesy, but it makes working from home even better. Fairly solid construction for the taller folks.When I got it, the piston grinded a bit when turning. It got worse and finally bad enough it was starting to spin the wheel instead of the base. I finally contacted the seller. They offered to replace the piston, no questions. The next day they said they didn't have it in stock, and instead offered to just replace the entire chair! The new one arrived shortly later and I've had zero problems with it ever since. Amazing customer service.
